CR7 7JG 259298 I am a compassionate and dedicated carer with broad experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including dementia, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, autism, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. My background spans both community-based care and hospital settings, such as my role as a nurse aide at Harare Hospital, where I gained valuable skills equivalent to a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in the UK. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, reflecting my commitment to continuous professional development and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centered care. I specialize in assisting clients with daily tasks, mobility support, medication management, and providing emotional reassurance, always tailored to their unique circumstances. I also have a passion for preparing home-cooked, nutritious meals, ensuring my clients enjoy balanced diets that contribute to their overall well-being. Building trusting relationships is at the heart of my care-giving approach. I enjoy engaging clients in meaningful activities, from companionship to community involvement, fostering a sense of independence and belonging. I am also highly adaptable and willing to travel anywhere in England to meet the needs of my clients. For me, care-giving is more than a profession—it is a calling. I am committed to enriching the lives of those I support through empathy, dedication, and a holistic approach to care.

CR0 2NJ 326302 My name is Lateef, and I have been a Care Professional for over 3 years. Caring for others is not just my job, it’s something I truly enjoy and feel passionate about. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in their own home, and I take pride in supporting people live as independently and happily as possible. I have experience supporting people with a wide range of needs, including personal care, companionship, dementia care, and everyday tasks such as preparing meals, medication support, and mobility assistance. For me, it’s not just about the practical help it’s about bringing comfort, kindness, and a friendly face into your day. A day with me might include sharing a chat over a cup of tea, going for a gentle walk, preparing a favourite meal together, or simply being there to listen and provide reassurance. I always work in a way that fits around your routine and preferences, so that you feel comfortable and in control. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, gardening, walking, reading, or crafts, and I love to bring these interests into my work when it can brighten someone’s day. Whether it’s cooking a homely meal, enjoying some music, or chatting about favourite books, I enjoy finding little ways to make each visit special. I am available weekday, weekends, mornings, and evenings, and I always aim to be reliable, gentle, and understanding. My goal is to make sure you feel supported not just with your care, but also with companionship and a genuine sense of wellbeing.

SE19 3BU 189035 l have been a carer for over 10 years, working in nursing homes, clients homes, schools with disabled children as well as nursery schools. This has enabled me to acquire vast experience in most areas of care. Additionally, l have academic trainings in most of the above stated areas coupled with yearly updates of my trainings. Furthermore, I am naturally a compassionate, sympathetic, caring individual with effective communication skills. l am an excellent team player yet can do equally very good working on my own. Working with vulnerable children or adults requires knowledge on abuse of all types and how to help individuals who may be experiencing abuse. l am able to identify symptoms and signs of abuse and what to do if l spot any symptoms or signs.

CR0 2TN 166408 PERSONAL STATEMENT From Svetlana My name is Svetlana, birth in North Macedonia, City Kavadarci. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be a doctor. But life conditions did not allow me this right. I studied midwifery at the Higher Medical School in University. I studied in The Erasmus Mundus Programme In my three years there, I learned about the uniqueness of women's anatomy and the special care they require in different situations. I also learned about how a midwife's role is constantly evolving as practices are updated. The dynamic nature of the role is what keeps me interested. In my final year at university, I was also in a part-time placement where I received direct training from other midwives. In that year, I was frequently involved in antenatal and postnatal care delivery for women and gained experience From my understanding, this skill is what helps you build better relationships with the people under your care. One of the ways I have demonstrated effective communication skills is through public speaking. During my time at university, I was a member of the debate team. This was where I honed my ability to share information clearly and concisely while maintaining control and respect for others, working with the different members of maternity care service providers. Because my big ambition I decide to come here in UK to develop my Midwifery scils, exchange the scils and learn for new knowledge and technics. So even now, even at an older age, I still do not give up on learning. I get the job in Nursing homes and worked mostly with the elderly. I've already learned to recognize pain in people just by their contorted face. There I worked with patients suffering from Alzheimer's, Dementia, with patients who are totally dependent on a ventilator and have a tracheostomy, Brain injury, stroke, spine cord injury, HIV patients and many other health and high level complex problems. and came to understand their frustration at being unable to communicate effectively, and I also tended to the needs of terminally ill patients, learning in this way the emotional demands of nursing but also gaining a deep sense of reward from feeling that I had contributed to their welfare during their final weeks and days. I've already learned to recognize pain in people just by their contorted face, but even if I wanted to help more, I was only a Care Practitioner and I couldn't. Now that I am already here in the right place, I secretly believe in myself that I will finish the course in record time so that I can prove myself in the profession and help people's health problems. So even now, even at an older age, I still do not give up on learning. As a Physician Associate I see myself as very happy, but also able to treat not only in general practice but also to be of benefit to many pregnant women because of my experience as a Midwife and a Nurse where I worked in hospitals in North Macedonia. Here in England so far I have only worked in nursing homes, and mostly with the elderly. As a Physician Associate I see myself as very happy and sucesifull profesionalist, but also able to treat not only in general practice but also to be of benefit to many pregnant women because of my experience as a Midwife where I worked in hospitals in North Macedonia.

CR0 3TB 5715 I am an experienced carer. I have 20 years of experience in varied care settings from hospitals, residential care homes, assisted living, live-ins, and school runs. The comfort of my clients comes first. I like to treat my clients the very way I would like to be treated. My service is person centered. Respect for humanity is at the very centre of my services. It is my job to make sure my clients are safe and satisfied with my service. I prefer to wait on my clients rather than they to wait on me. Keeping routines and times of my clients is quite important to me as it makes my clients feel special, the very way I would like to feel.
