CR7 7JG 259298 I am a compassionate and dedicated carer with broad experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including dementia, cerebral palsy, Parkinson's disease, autism, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. My background spans both community-based care and hospital settings, such as my role as a nurse aide at Harare Hospital, where I gained valuable skills equivalent to a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) in the UK. I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, reflecting my commitment to continuous professional development and a deep understanding of delivering high-quality, person-centered care. I specialize in assisting clients with daily tasks, mobility support, medication management, and providing emotional reassurance, always tailored to their unique circumstances. I also have a passion for preparing home-cooked, nutritious meals, ensuring my clients enjoy balanced diets that contribute to their overall well-being. Building trusting relationships is at the heart of my care-giving approach. I enjoy engaging clients in meaningful activities, from companionship to community involvement, fostering a sense of independence and belonging. I am also highly adaptable and willing to travel anywhere in England to meet the needs of my clients. For me, care-giving is more than a profession—it is a calling. I am committed to enriching the lives of those I support through empathy, dedication, and a holistic approach to care.

CR4 1XN 201015 I am a dedicated Health care assistant well-equipped to provide holistic care in both quiet andbusy care settings. At present, I have gained over 2years experience of working in healthcare settings. These include supporting and providing care for; older adults in nursing homes, people with learning disabilities and for clients in their own home. Having worked in hospitality for four years, I understand the importance of excellent customer service. This does not only boost customer retention, but also improves customer feedbacks/reviews which in turn results to business expansion. During my time as a waitress, I gained the favour of my employers due to my excellent customer feedbacks. Most customers went to the extent of offering tips (such as gifts or money) for my high standard service of which I thank them for the offer but politely decline.I currently work with a nursing agency where I support a private client living with Alzheimer.I provide his personal care needs alongside promoting independence, going for walks, cooking and serving his meals, catheter care, companionship and assisting him to take his medications. I also liaise with his wife, GP and multi-disciplinary team to ensure he is getting the best care possible. My communication skills also have been strengthened tremendously from both my current and previous work experience. In my current role as a Healthcare Assistant, I conduct both oral and written handovers on my client and communicate concerns to the multidisciplinary team in clear, concise and promptly manner. I can effectively work independently or as a member of a team. I understand the effect of poor teamwork or communication especially in a healthcare setting (from few documentaries I have seen), hence I ensure I kept abreast with my local policies and procedures with regards to effective working. I am committed, self-motivated and can work well under pressure. I have had various online and practical trainings to equip myself for the client group I support. I am able to carry out correct manual handling technique, recording fluid balance and ensuring my clients are getting adequate nutrition. My enthusiasm for health and clinical care has enabled me to develop and thrive in bringing assurance and patient safety to my clients as well as their families. I am confident that with my experience, wiliness to learn and ability to quickly adapt to changes I am a suitable candidate for this role. And if given the opportunity, I will work to the best of my ability to uphold the home value and drive for excellence.
