Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Departments health and safety policies and for the health and welfare of all individuals using or visiting the building. Responsible for ensuring that the clients/ organisations equal opportunities policies were adhered to. Responsible for the first line management of the inspection process and with residential services manager to respond to and plan the completion of required identified standards by the inspector. Responsible for ensuring that all complaints were recorded and dealt with in line with the organisation’s procedure. I have successfully gained lots of experience in operating in complex, multi-disciplinary systems and managing risks.  I have conducted very complex CETR’s both in an inpatient unit and in the community.
