TN2 5LT 38777 Hi, my official name is Imre but please call me Erika, I'm a Hungarian woman. I started my carer job as a live-in carer in New York in 2009 with elderly people. I choose this job because I like to help people with a daily routine, cooking, preparing medications, going to the therapy, to be a good company. Since 2018 I continued this job in England. I have better experience here because of the equipment what I can use during the moving and handling. My hobbies are walking in the park, shopping and listening music. Happy to do night job and hourly job daytime.

Minimum hours for day care is 4 hrs per shift . Hello my name is Nicola and i have been a kind, caring, conscientious and considerate carer/support worker for many years putting the welfare of clients first and enjoying the sociable nature of this type of work, meeting new people and consider it a privilege to support and help others. I can offer a care/ companionship role with clients who are mainly elderly and frail and who may still want to enjoy a full life of their choosing. Equally, i am just as happy to support people who are more home bound and less active but might appreciate bringing activities to the home to enhance the quality of their lives, such as art and crafts, flower arranging, cookery etc. Gardening and caring for house plants is often very beneficial and rewarding hobbies/activities. Or listening to others life stories . I am willing and able to offer personal caring skills in a respectful manner, if needed and i appreciate that a persons health care needs may fluctuate from day to day. Some people may be vulnerable to certain types of health issues which need to be noticed and acted upon such as UTI's ,or constipation which can cause sudden changes in behaviour both psychological and physical therefore I also believe that these things can be avoided by good care management using relevant skills and knowledge. Assisting clients in a respectful, warm and understanding manner is important to me and i can offer a wide range of experience and a comprehensive skills. I am experienced in working awake night duties, supporting clients to maintain their night time / morning routines and any care needs which could include assisting with washing and dressing, accessing the toilet facilities during the night, support with any pain relief , falls prevention, snack or drinking needs which they may require during the night in order to help settle them back to bed for sleep or rest. Pressure sore prevention . Companionship and reassurance. Generally being available & close by should assistance be required. Sleep Over Care _ 9pm to 9am hours negotiable. . This type of care can provide that extra sense of night time safety & security especially for those who may be feeling vulnerable or wanting that extra bit of night time comforting presence within their own home . Sleep over care can be useful to provide assistance with morning and evening routines helping you to feel ready and prepared for the day ahead and then again , at night, quietly settled with a sleep promoting evening routine, safe in the knowledge that someone is close by should any need arise. . Sleep over cover can be from 1 sleep over per week up to 7 again shared with one or two other carers if required. I have enjoyed working within Health and Social Care settings for over 20 years within a variety of settings and taking on various roles from basic care work to managerial taking responsibility for teams of care workers/support staff and overseeing the welfare of vulnerable adults. Some of the duties have included care planning, manual handling assessments, medication rounds, leasing with GP's , Nurses and other primary health care professionals such as OT"s , Physiotherapists, Care Managers, Dentists, Opticians , Audiology, Chiropody, Dieticians and any other specialist health care providers who's input can all help towards ensuring a good quality of life for the person in need of help or support . I also have past experience working within range of mental & social health care settings ( NHS and Private Hospital, Residential Social Services & Private Care Homes , Charity Sectors ) which has always given me a good understanding of the psychological aspect of caring for others who may be in distress or struggling for one reason or another with aspects of their psychological and emotional well-being. I have also very much enjoyed 24 hour shifts supporting adults with mild learning disabilities who are living in small group residential homes and some larger residential homes as well as this I also have also had experience supporting people within independent living schemes. I have also experience of managing and planning day care activities for older persons as well as initiating arts and crafts activities for other vulnerable client groups as part of my role as a support worker. I also helped set up and run a monthly carers support group for relatives caring for loved ones as this role can become isolating for carers. I enjoy working in accordance with the needs and wishes of the client and I am very happy to work within their own routines and come from a person centred perspective putting a clients needs first. I am also available to provide respite care for regular carers breaks or fill in for periods of sickness. I am happy to provide short term home from hospital live in care as well or to provide live in support at those times when extra input may be needed for the short term such as during short term illness. I am a non smoker, rarely consume alcohol . I enjoy cooking healthy and nutritious meals in accordance with clients needs and preferences, am happy to plan healthy, freshly cooked meals. My personal interests are enjoying nature, walking, drawing and painting , photography mainly nature during my walks, yoga , visiting cafes for coffee and cake , gardening , flower arranging, caring for pets , enjoying observing , listening to and providing food for the garden birds. I am a member of the Sussex Wildlife Trust. I AM FOND OF PETS BUT DUE TO ALLERGY UNABLE TO WORK WITH INDOOR FELINE'S. I would be happy to carry out a preliminary visit to work out with you an individual care plan taking fully into account your routines, needs and wishes before any placement begins. This also gives you a chance to meet me and decide if you feel that we would be a good working match for each other and your situation. How much support you may or may not need with everyday activities of living such as washing and dressing, pain management, mobility , eating and drinking, your likes and dislikes in terms of daily/weekly meal planning. In fact everything that you do through out the day or any needs you have such as medication reminders, physical exercise such as short walks outside or places you like to visit. BN21 3UY 210700 Hi, My name is Marijana. I studied physiotherapy for 4 years in Croatia. After school I ended up traveling and working as a massage therapist in different hotel's spa resorts. When I moved to UK I missed working in care sector and my friend recommended to try community care which I loved then I had an opportunity to work as a support worker with adults with physical and learning disabilities which I deeply enjoyed but as I like to move around I realized I needed to do something different so just before lockdown I became a live in carer and ended up having a few private live in clients. I have been a support worker/community carer/live in carer for the past 5 years.
