SO17 1UZ 152052 I am a respectful, passionate and a caring person. A good listener. I put put myself in the shoes of the people I care for, by so doing it gives me the ability to fully understand the needs of the service user and provide care that is person-centred. A service user I cared for that had Parkinson's disease. I learnt to be more patient because of this service users condition, with slow speech, forgetfulness and hallucinating.

SO14 6RB 251340 Hi, my name Kai shortened from my first name also known as Oscar "nicknamed after the greatest Oscar Wilde by grandad". I have worked in administration and as a community health worker back home, before going into care work, because I'm loving, caring and passionate about helping the vulnerable within the society live a fulfilling life as everyone else. I have completed all the necessary trainings and refresher including statutory and mandatory certificate, medication administration, manual handling, and dementia. I've worked in the health and social care industry for two years plus within the most if not all different care settings, with clients who got dementia, parkinsons, alzheimers, and stroke etc. I've obtained vast amount of knowledge, skills and experience over the years, which equipped me with the advantages of handling difficult situations or encounters with calm and patience. I'm open to learning new skills. Acquired vast knowledge of adhering to individual care plans and upholding individuals' preferences, taste, and needs/wants. Most significantly, to be patient while rendering my assistance, and treating clients with dignity and respect. I like gardening, reading exclusively novels, puzzles, and jigsaws games. I am looking for regular live-in work and happy to cover sleep-in nights on my days off. I'm an average cooker, can carry out all personal care needs, and all household duties "laundry, cleaning, and gardening" keeping house intact free hazardous objects. I'm happy to assist with clients pets. Social interaction "companionship" with clients, like accompanying them for coffee outings. As a driver and a vehicle owner, I'm willing to transport clients to appointments given that the client have insured me to drive their vehicle with business insurance or can cover business insurance on my vehicle. Happy to cover all over UK or or Manchester areas got family in Manchester. Transport charges to be covered by clients.

RG22 5LQ 290830 I'm a 65-year-old male carer, widowed and retired from a career in academia and business consulting, transitioning into care work in 2018. I have worked with a wide range of support needs, including Parkinson’s, stroke, COPD, MS, sepsis, dementia, spinal cord injury, heart surgery and general infirmity. I'm also the author of a nutrition guide and cookbook for carers. My service is highly personalised, with a focus on problem-solving and facilitating as high a quality of life as possible. Am I the right carer for you? To help you decide, you may like to know some specific details about what I can offer and how I work, such as: •  As a male carer, I can attend to all practical and personal needs of male service users. In the case of female service users, it wouldn’t be appropriate for me to provide intimate personal care. However, I’m happy to support ladies with all other needs such as moving and handling, nutrition, companionship and household support. •     I am passionate about preparing healthy, nutritious meals. We will discuss your personal preferences and specific dietary needs and develop a meal plan from there. •     Hoisting: If you require hoisting or other mechanical lifting aids, I can offer experience with a wide range of equipment. In the case of mobile floor-based hoists, safety regulations require that a second trained person is available to assist. This may be another care professional or a suitably trained family member or friend. •     Geographical coverage: I’m happy to support clients in most of England and Wales, up to about 300 miles from my home in the southeast. •     Driving: I have a clean driving licence and full business insurance, and drive a large vehicle in which wheelchairs can easily be carried. I’m more than happy to transport and accompany clients to appointments and social engagements (with the exception of religious services). Mileage is charged at £0.45 per mile for outings and travel between my home and the service user’s address. •     Pets: Unfortunately I am allergic to cats and therefore unable to work in households with them. Other species of pets are no problem. •     Smokers: On the topic of allergies, I’m also allergic to tobacco smoke and therefore unable to work in smokers’ households. •     Night support: If you require support at night, we can discuss the extent and nature of such support, as it may attract fees or a need for additional care personnel. •     How long will I be with you on any given occasion? The duration of support spells is always negotiable, depending on your requirements and my availability at the time.

SP11 6TB 174228 I am an experienced carer with 14 years in healthcare, working in both hospitals and home care settings. I specialise in supporting clients with complex medical needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred care. I am also committed to ongoing training and development to enhance my skills and stay current in the healthcare field. Beyond my professional experience, I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and empathetic — always putting the well-being and dignity of those I care for first. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, spending time with my family, and researching healthcare topics online. SO50 6FW 196767 "In 2016, I embarked on a journey as a carer, initially thinking it would be a brief endeavor. However, over time, I discovered a deep sense of fulfillment in assisting those in need. My experience has taken me through diverse caregiving environments, including nursing homes, care homes, and supported living, where my primary focus has been on individuals aged 18 and above. Dedicated to continuous improvement, I diligently attend training sessions every six months or yearly, ensuring that I stay updated with the latest knowledge and skills. My proficiency extends to handling various aspects of care, medications, and providing support for individuals dealing with epilepsy. Beyond caregiving, I bring to the table a reliable and careful driving record. Whether it's a manual or automatic car, big or small, I navigate with ease, having encountered no incidents in my driving history. As I reflect on my journey, I am excited about the prospect of contributing positively to the lives of those I care for, and I look forward to the continued fulfillment that this meaningful work brings."
