AB24 3PS 130006 I am a confident and hard working individual. I have a passion for caring for others and a desire to see people around me doing well and comfortable. I studied fine art as a bachelors degree at university and I enjoy incorporating my creative skills with the skills I developed over time working as a career and support worker. It helps me to bond with clients I care for and allows them to also enjoy being creative and getting to know me as not just their care provider but also a friend. I enjoy my work because it doesn't feel like work to me, especially when it is a enjoyable environment to be a part of. I have worked with many different patients over the years. With every new patient I care for, I develop new skills to improve my level of care. I have worked with those who require palliative care, moving and handling manually, or just assistance with their mobility through a walking frame. I have gain a-lot of skills over the years. From emptying catheters and changing leg bags, to effective and safe moving and handling skills of every kind. Training in communicating effectively with people who have dementia and Alzheimer's, depression, and bi-polar disorder. The experiences I have gained has helped me improve all levels of care I provide to each client I have worked with. I hope to be given the opportunity to further improve my skills and satisfy those who are in need of my assistance.

AB15 8HZ 291360 I'm a people person, warm and attentive. I should also mention, that I'm a great communicator: every person's needs are different- and I'm a firm believer that they need to be voiced and communicated, so then both parties are happy and content. I was born and grew up in Lithuania, where all three meals were cooked from scratch, and I keep continue this tradition day-to-day. I enjoy cooking - that's part of my culture and a part of my personality as well. Gardening and reading, traveling and exploring, leaving things better than I find them - these are few of the things you'd like to know before inviting me into your home. I very much enjoy the outdoors: hiking, cycling, yoga, swimming, or just taking random walks. I'm a safe driver, and happy to take your loved one to a Dr. appointment, a walk, to see a friend or a relative, or just pop in a coffee shop for a cuppa. During my career as a carer, I had clients were people with dementia, post stroke (non-verbal and one side paralyzed), Alzheimer's, ADHD and autism. Have over 20 years of experience in total as a carer, here in UK I have worked for 3 years as well as in the US. Also, I was a single mum of two children with ADHD, Asperger's, and oppositional defiant disorder, so I have a first- hand how to navigate through ups and downs. I'm currently available for block hours during the day (2, 4, 8, etc), sleeping night (in Aberdeen or within reasonable distance). I also consider live-in positions in Scotland (reasonable distance), on a week on/ week off basis. Meanwhile, since my children are independent, I have flexibility and do what I enjoy - helping people. Residing in Aberdeen and available on short notice. Please reach out and communicate what your family needs are - so I can assist you to the best of my abilities.

AB10 7JN 6400 Hello It is my sixth year I work in a care sector and I am currently working on NVQ Diploma in Care Level 2, mostly I am live-in carer, but I had worked as a support worker and in care home. Currently I do not have my own permanent clients (the ones I come back to), but I am registered with a few self-employed agencies that provides me jobs from time to time, I have my own automatic car, and during quarantine I happy to drive to bookings as it is safer. When I am not working I may be spending time in my flat near Glasgow, I love mountains and hiking or I may be at Lithuania where I visit my old grandmother to help her out and she always happy to see me. I am not married currently and I do not have children as with my job I have to live out of the suitcase and travel all the time not settling down in one place, but I still find interesting to meet new people, new places and to have new challenges. I must to write down my pay rate but this could be negotiable. Please do not suggest non live-in placements far from my base in UK, it is near Paisley in Scotland. Thanks for reading.
