I have gained my experiences through working in hospitals, residential care homes, doing support work, I have also worked in the community and I have about 5 years of working as a live in carer too. I enjoy working as a carer,l. I enjoy Music, I love singing and doing Karaoke, I am happiest the most when I'm surrounded by music. I do enjoy games and learning history. I always look forward to learning a new skill, in learning new activities. most people describe me as bubbly, I am adaptable, I also enjoy my own space but I'm always there to have a good laugh. I believe in building trust with all my clients, I strive on providing a honest and trustworthy service. I have worked with clients/patients who had stroke, MS, cerebral palsy, dementia, mental health, COPD, Parkinson learning disabilities, palliative care etc... working in hospital has exposed me to different types of patients. I do drive and hold a full License with my own car.

Hi, my name Kai shortened from my first name also known as Oscar "nicknamed after the greatest Oscar Wilde by grandad". I have worked in administration and as a community health worker back home, before going into care work, because I'm loving, caring and passionate about helping the vulnerable within the society live a fulfilling life as everyone else. I have completed all the necessary trainings and refresher including statutory and mandatory certificate, medication administration, manual handling, and dementia. I've worked in the health and social care industry for two years plus within the most if not all different care settings, with clients who got dementia, parkinsons, alzheimers, and stroke etc. I've obtained vast amount of knowledge, skills and experience over the years, which equipped me with the advantages of handling difficult situations or encounters with calm and patience. Most significantly, to be patient while rendering my assistance, and treating clients with dignity and respect. I like gardening, reading exclusively novels, puzzles, and jigsaws games. I am looking for regular live-in work and happy to cover sleep-in nights on my days off. I'm an average cooker, can carry out all personal care needs, and all household duties "laundry, cleaning, and gardening" keeping house intact free hazardous objects. I'm happy to assist with clients pets. Social interaction "companionship" with clients, like accompanying them for coffee outings. As a driver and a vehicle owner, I'm willing to transport clients to appointments given that the client have insured me to drive their vehicle with business insurance or can cover business insurance on my vehicle. Happy to cover all over UK or or Manchester areas got family in Manchester. Transport charges to be covered by clients.

After looking after my grandfather at a very tender age, I became very passionate in looking after the elderly. It became easy for me to follow that path. I came to the UK and went straight into caring for the elderly. What I enjoy the most is listening to life history while assisting them with their daily needs. I have gained so much experience in caring for the elderly who have had a stroke, early stages of dementia , parkinson's to say the least. I love the ideas that I will be looking after various clients on a one to one basis. That way I have become experienced in personal centered care which has made me passionate about my work. I also like to work with different teams so that I improve in my skills and deliver the best care as a live in care. I have had different responsibilities as a live in carer that I have cherished the times I have looked after all my clients. My hobbies are cooking, baking, gardening, travelling. I am also interested in watching TV and going to the theatre.
