Currently I am working in Hospitals and have worked in Medical , Stroke Surgical, orthopaedic, Gastro, Acute medical and Surgical Wards. I have worked with patients on end of life pathway for many years, helping to make clients comfortable in the hospital and at home. I work well with other palliative care team members, such as doctors, and also with supporting family members with respite care. I am an empathic and compassionate nurse. I have good communication skills that help me interact satisfactorily with clients and their family. Generally I use critical-thinking skills to solve and identify problems to improve client care. I am kind, hardworking, trustworthy and emotionally stable. I am a good listener and I have a good sense of humour. I have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing scenarios and situations on the fly. I am a team player that works well with clients while paying attention to detail which helps me individualize their care. I take pride in being dynamic, self motivated and focussed.
