I have an administrative background, having worked in the corporate industry for many years. However, I broke away from that to follow my creative skills. I am by trade a qualified picture framer and owned my own picture framing and art gallery for 16 years. I paint and love working with stain glass. I like interacting with people and aim to please. Hello, my name is Maggie originally from Kenya, now lives in Beverley raising my young family. I have been on and off within care industry since 2007, I have worked in different care homes, I have done home care and I also have worked with agencies all around Yorkshire. I have now decided picking my own shift, so I don’t have to rush my clients to be on timer in able to get to the next person.. I don’t believe there should be a timer for how long you give care to someone. I am extremely caring person, raised by grandmother so and now I enjoy caring for other grandparents. I have strong communication skills, both verbally and written. I can be flexible and I am always open to change as well as capacity to learn new skills to care for my clients.
