I am able to provide a friendly and suitable service adapted to an individual’s provided care plan or I can work with others to put one in place I am an efficient and conscientious worker with good communication skills. Although I may appear shy at first I can connect with people on many levels. I am able to work independently and as a key member of a team, being a good motivator through setting a good example and also through a willingness to listen to others. I have the dedication and aptitude to maintain high standards. I take pride in my work and hope that my attitude will be of benefit not only for my employer but my co-workers and clients.
