Experienced in the care of young people, adults and elderly. Able to carry out all aspects of the role from administrating medication, monitor health conditions, personal care, record keeping, meal prep, mobility etc. also willing to work according to a rota. Ensuring all service users receive care in a dignified and respectful manner and identifying the need and preferences for each individual and ensuring they are maintained. I have an unique combination of soft skills that I feel makes me unique. I’m constantly seeking to improve and challenge myself. I’m exceptionally organized in terms of tracking my results progress and any trends in my work and output. So through this I’m able to find potential learning opportunities and lessons spot potential problems before they become larger issues and steadily improve. In past jobs my managers often complimented my ability to learn quickly, perform well without needing constant supervision and remain calm. I'm more than happy to travel throughout the UK, as long as travel expenses are covered. I can also provide transportation for clients to appointments and outings. With experience in caring for couples, I understand the unique dynamics involved. I'm always eager to learn new skills if required. Additionally, I have expertise in physiotherapy, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support for their physical well-being. Key skills: Reliable, Patient, Caring, Observant, Hard working, a desire to help people, team player, good listener, good communication, remaining calm in a stressful situation.
