Over the years, I expanded my expertise into complex care, working with children in residential settings, including those with disabilities, and supporting individuals of all ages facing similar challenges. My experience encompasses working with both verbal and non-verbal children and adults. Throughout my 22 years in the care sector, I have achieved NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications, which have enabled me to reach a senior level and administer medication effectively. Additionally, I have completed a comprehensive care certificate focused on complex care, along with training in moving and handling, as well as first aid. I am enthusiastic about taking clients out for social visits and have a reliable car with the necessary insurance for this purpose. Those who know me would describe me as a compassionate individual who prioritizes the needs of others before my own. I have a deep love for animals and provide care with an enormous heart, often forming familial bonds with those I support.     Excellent
