A regular day in my life as a Registered Nurse involves making care plans, organising creative activities for residents, and communicating with the residents’ families. I help residents by changing them, feeding them, administering medications and socialising with them. I am advertising my services as a care professional, however if nursing skills of a registered nurse is required my rates may increase depending on the levels of nursing that is required.
