I am skilled in various aspects of caring, including bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, companionship, and cooking. Some of the conditions that I have experience with include mild cognitive impairment, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME), Alzheimer's, Stroke, poor or declining mobility, Autism, PDA and ADHD. I am willing to learn or be trained on any other conditions or routines as required. My experience has taught me to be patient, compassionate, and a great listener.

    Excellent

    Rachel's care of my mother-in-law has been exceptional. Her input has been both practically and emotionally insightful and incredibly helpful. She has put my mother-in-laws need first with a caring, no nonsense approach in all areas of her life. Her communication skills are excellent and living a long way from my mother-in-law it has been reassuring to have a trusted extra pair of eyes on her. Most importantly my mother-in-law adores her. We can not recommend her highly enough.
