UB2 4NQ 21139 Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to introduce myself as a qualified nurse from Poland, with extensive experience in the care sector. Since 2006, I have been working in London as a carer, and between 2013 and 2015, I attended a course to further improve my qualifications, earning an NVQ5 in Professional Care. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in various settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, hospitals, and domiciliary care. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals who need assistance and building meaningful relationships along the way. I started as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through different roles, including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Qualified Senior Carer, and finally, Deputy Manager in a Residential Care Home. I am also a driver with my own vehicle, so distance is never an issue. I am reliable, polite, patient, punctual, and detail-oriented. I take pride in being well-organized, and my clients appreciate my company and the care I provide. Looking ahead, I plan to open my own nursing home in Poland, as I am passionate about supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable people in my homeland. In addition to my professional work, my hobbies include painting, DIY projects, gardening, and golfing. I would be happy to discuss how I can support you. Please feel free to reach out to me at your convenience.

W5 3SJ 292475 I am a dedicated healthcare professional with over 30 years of nursing and health and social care experience in the UK, working across hospitals, community facilities, and patients’ homes. My expertise includes wound management, such as pressure sore prevention and leg ulcer care, as well as providing emergency first aid and therapeutic interventions. I am skilled in medication management and committed to educating patients and families to promote understanding and adherence. I am also happy to assist with light housekeeping tasks, shopping, and meal preparation. Working independently during out-of-hours services has enhanced my ability to manage complex cases with compassion and efficiency. I am organised, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards in safeguarding, infection control, and care planning. Passionate about delivering person-centred care, I focus on promoting independence and preserving the dignity of those I support. I enjoy social interaction and building meaningful relationships with clients. As a care driver with business car insurance, I can provide transportation when needed. My rates will vary based on the specific nursing care requirements of each client, and these details can be discussed during our initial meeting. I am available from Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday for sleeping in.

I particularly enjoy working with the wonderful variation of nuances skills, abilities, and interests of others. Professionally I have attained a certificate IV lead practitioner in adult healthcare settings focussing on great person centred care and support and the continual development of excellence within the care industry. I have worked with all vulnerable people of ages backgrounds abilities and needs and this has been wholesome and an honour to support others with their needs and seeing their access and support to achieve their best life experiences and opportunities with a supportive and resourceful application that sees others successfully access their best interests. I thoroughly enjoy cooking arts and travel & animals, I would love to assist cooking meals from wholesome great British dinners to international cuisines. I have had the blessed opportunity to travel to 30 plus countries and international cuisines are of interest. I'm very person centred in my care approach and tailor care to suit individuals. I keep two wonderful great Danes and my eldest Tarka is a registered emotional support animal and should anyone be interested in animal therapy I would be happy to discuss bringing Tarka along to organised meetings. UB6 9FH 247760 Caring is my passion. If I can bring a smile on someone face who needed my help , that make me very happy and feel that I am a useful member of the society and community . I do care and respect other people’s wishes and preferences and try my best to provide needed care in a dignify way like I will provide to my own mother or father . I’m ready to go extra step if that brings benefited and joy to my client whom I look after . Administering medication I take very seriously as it’s people live I’m dealing with . During the covid I learned how important is infection control. This is one of my priority when I work with specially vulnerable adults in any settings. It bring me joy and happiness when a client says “Thank you “ after I finish in caring tasks .

UB6 8PB 255114 I am patient, a good listener and happy to work at a client's pace and follow their lead. My experience of over 20 years as a mother, and relative of people living with disability and age-related challenges, has helped me develop a caring and compassionate approach to my work as a carer. For nearly six years now, I have looked after clients with a wide variety of care needs, in their own homes. I offer ongoing live-in care as I feel it is more beneficial to clients and allows us to get into a good routine. I stay for up to 3 months before taking a break. My specialism are with clients living with Dementia, Stroke and Parkinson's. I work in liaison with other palliative care staff such as doctors and district nurses and family members to make my clients as comfortable as possible. When asked, I am happy to offer simple admin services for clients, such as taking dictation for letters, sending off birthday and other cards to family members and friends, I also enjoy cooking simple nutritional meals from scratch for clients.
