Having worked with a number of organisations and trained them and their staff to meet the required care standards, I feel privileged to have worked with so many different people to help them live comfortably and overcome challenges. Working with younger people, or older people is incredibly rewarding and has allowed me to use my calm approach to support people to overcome difficulties.
