SP10 1QT 74958 I have 12 years of experience in care, working in all sectors of care, at the moment doing my level 5, and working as a live in carer.I'm a lady aged 56 years old, live in Andover. I'm a hard worker and never relax until I know the job has been completed to the best of my ability . I'm also compassionate and considerate of other people and can work very well within a team. Other people see me as a committed person and someone who has a friendly personality. I find that I can easily form new relationships with those I work with, and it's something I really enjoy . I have worked within care for over seventeen years .During this time, I have gained experience in different aspects of care and have also formed very close working relationships with those I support. Trust is something that I take seriously in my role as a carer. Throughout my experience of working in care homes , hospitals, and agencies, I have supported individuals with a range of different conditions. I fully understand how to maintain a customer's safety whilst still affording them independence. I'm committed to making a difference in people's lives. I'm allergic to dogs, ok with cats. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

SP11 6TB 174228 I would like to describe myself as a respectful, observant, reliable, patient, and hard-working person who always provide first class care. Over the years, I've worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people and demonstrate understanding and empathy have been required. I love to care to assist with the day to day life of clients. With my fourteen years of experience in care in hospitals and in homes as well with lots of training in healthcare, I would like to think that I'm a great carer. I'm also ready to learn to improve myself to be more relevant in the field of care. I am experienced in working with clients who have complex medical needs and will be happy to arrange training and sign off with your nurse. Please contact me to plan a consultation. I like cooking, reading, listening to music, spending time with my family, and doing research on the Internet. I look forward to hearing from you soon. 0 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 3"}

SP11 6YU 199542 Caring is a profession that has engulfed my family. My mum, aunt, and elder sister are nurses/carer. Therefore, it would not be surprising that I have chosen to continue in this field. Also, my desire for embracing being a Health care Support worker is for the satisfaction derived from affecting people's life. The passion and emotional support for caring for patients is something I grew up with as a child shadowing my mum, aunt and elder sister. It's evident that I have something to give out; thus, I fancy this role as a HSW in this industry. I have built that strong relationship with patients and nurses from my years of working in hospitals, nursing homes etc as a healthcare assistant. It's my goal to put patients first in everything I do, giving them a sense of belonging. I value patients, their families, and staff. Respecting their aspirations and commitments in life is paramount. It's vital that I understand the patient's priorities, limits and abilities; with this, I care for them adequately. I don't compromise the quality of care; this has earned me respect from patients and their families. I compassionately care for patients; I feel their pains, and I don't fail to reassure them consistently. I treat all patients the same without discrimination. Living with my grandmother has also fortified my choice in healthcare. I have been working in hospitals and care homes for years and equipped myself with the necessary required skills to care for adult and young people. I have built my confidence in working under a tight schedule and under pressure. I know healthcare support worker is a stressful job where traumatic situations are frequent, but I have determined to put my dream in front of me. I am obliged to always deliver person-centred care to the patients. Patience is one of the key traits that I hold on to each day. I learnt to communicate clearly and concisely working with adult and young people. Timekeeping is another skill that I learnt working in healthcare. I have learnt to apportion tasks in smaller units and set realistic targets. My communication, timekeeping and organisational skills have also helped me function in a team productively. My tolerance and knowledge derived working in some of the most challenging wards like acute medical units, accident & emergency units and critical care units, put together with all the other skills learnt, make me a stronger support worker. It's beautiful when looking into a patient's eyes and sees the gateway to their soul when only a caring touch or word can make a connection. I like being blessed, and I count my blessings daily for all the patients I have helped gain better health or independence in life. High standard and quality care is what I'm about at all times. 0 0 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

SO206DN 3185 I have been a carer for just over 8 years and have enjoyed providing assistance when and where required My aim is to ensure clients in my care are as happy and comfortable as possible. I am avaliable to provide care on a day/ night and live in care (short time) I am trained in dementia care, moving and handling, first aid, end off life, oral health care, safeguarding, wound care, hazard risk, the mental capacity act, cosh, equality diversity and inclusion and medication managment. My first job I worked at was a care home caring for residents who sufferd dementia and there were those who were bed bound and also end off life I stayed there for 7 months then decided to work in domacillary. I really enjoyed it going around from home to home caring for those in their own homes. After that i signed up for an agency and worked there in nursing homes as and when im required. I have also ( in that time ) been a live in carer which I also love to do as the one on one interaction is somthing I find very inportant and not only for myself but to know that the clients I care for are very happy content and they feel safe I am a very kind caring compasionate person who can be silly and have a funny sense off humour but also serious and profesional when needed to be. I am a very good listener and love to hear all about the clients should they wish to talk about their lives or any worries and conerns they may have My hobbies include crafts ( although so far i have only got around to watching programmmes about crafts ) but im very keen on any crafts and learning. I love gardening, walking, watching movies, documentaries, gardening programmes and wildlife and spending alot off time with my famiy. I also love to cook and can cook a wide range off foods. I don't drive at the moment but hoping to get that sorted when I can I am also a smoker thank you 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}
