This lady is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s and needs 24 hour care. The lady can sometimes be volatile and can hit out at people and swear at them. This lady can also refuse to do things like eating, taking medication and taking a shower so needs lots of reassurance and encouragement to do these things. This lady needs a calm and patient carer who will know to give the lady space when needed. This lady doesn’t like noise so needs to be in a quiet environment. The shifts that would need cover
