I am happy to sit and talk if need be or understand if this is not related to their requirements. I have many years of care as outlined in my qualifications. I speak clearly and am a good listener. I am patient and know how important it is not to rush a task and also how communicating with family if relevant is so very important. I am good at recording care plans and try to keep it clear and concise, I like routine and am an excellent time keeper.
