Amy is not only kind and caring she is very professional. After a previous negative respite experience. I decided to look for a live-in carer for my 56 yr old husband with mobilty/cognetive issues. Amy came to meet him before and was very thorough to understand his needs and interests. I was able to have a break with my daughter for the first time in 8 yrs. Amy exceeded all expectations. I came home to a happy partner who was able to maintain his independence and bonus an immaculate home.

Recommended without reservation. Brilliant, could not wish for a more caring and considerate person. Ticks all the boxes. Regretfully had to let Amy go because I now needed a live-in carer. She will be missed.

Excellent
Amy is punctual, friendly and very caring. My wife has dementia and has lost the ability to speak. Nevertheless Amy talks to her, takes her to the bathroom as well as doing some tidying up and cleaning. She always has a smile and, despite being anxious about getting anyone in to help care for my wife, I am very confident in Amy and I can get some much needed day breaks for myself.
