I use to work in my country as a carer for the last 10 years before I came to the UK. I start working as a carer and now I work as a team leader in a care home. In this time I work with various types of people with lots of conditions from mental health to physical problems. My grandmother lived with dementia for 10 years and because of this I tried to learn everything about this mental health condition. I am an idealist, curious, and driven by strong morals. I'm a sociable and energetic person and I'm always seeking new challenges. I'm a very patient person and also committed and innovative. I believe in my ability to meet the goals that I have set myself. I'm a hard-working, responsible, and empathic person and all this makes me a good carer.
