I deploy an empathy-based approach and authenticity when dealing with any expected or unexpected difficulties of my duty as a carer. I am proactive with a professional attitude enhanced by more than 10 years of practical experience working as a Support Worker and Carer. I have always been keen to develop personally and professionally and as the result, I undertook many Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training to mention a few: *Empathy and Knowledge of Others , Thinking about Oneself and Others, Aggression, Responsibility, and Self-harm. These trainings were organized jointly by Oxford University and Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation.
