Cher was a life saver in so many ways. Extremely patient focused. Quickly adapted to my needs and every challenge thrown at her. An ocean of calm in response to my tsunami of a life situation and mental health problems. Especially good as it was the first time I've had a carer, so I was really uncertain how to convey all of my very specific needs clearly and concisely. She was also able to be very flexible with start and finish times, further easing me into the process.
