Meeting clients physical and psychological needs Moving and handling, supporting people struggling with mental health difficulties , learning and physical disabilities Helping client with feeding, drinking, toileting and dressing Providing a clean, well organised and secure patient care environment Acting as an advocate on behalf of people where and when necessary, Contributing to the health, safety and welfare of individuals Attending and particularly in staff meetings Recording information in a clear and precise manner and in accordance with departmental guidelines Contributing to effective costs control within the department Highly skilled in providing basic care to patients Ability to work with ethnically diverse population In-depth knowledge of collecting, reporting and documenting data -Maintaining confidentiality in with Local Authority polices and Procedures Speciality care stoma care , learning and physical disabilities and mental health
