As a Deputy manager I lead a team of over 20 carers through Covid-19, during which time I had to think on my feet and outside the box, to ensure all care needs where met in the safest way possible still allowing the lives of our clients to remain as normal as possible. I have very good attention to detail, am caring and compassionate, believe everyone is different and therefore person centred needs are a must at all times. I have a good sense of humour like to have a laugh and joke generally make people happy. I am a vape smoker not cigarettes.
