Most of my life has involved taking care of my family, first of all, my children, then later, my elderly parents, and recently my grandson. I decided to become a professional carer in 2021. I'm given the feedback that I am good at taking care of people and have a kind, professional and patient nature. I love the naturalness of the work and the daily routine. It makes me happy to help others to be happy. I'm hard working and I have worked in a variety of settings. Live-in care is what I love the most, it's such a lovely environment to be in. I enjoy keeping a home tidy and organised, also attending to any admin matters that are needed such as contacting medical services. I'm a nature lover at heart and especially enjoy working with clients who appreciate nature. My greatest amount of experience is with dementia and I feel very comfortable in that realm. I am experienced in end-of-life care. By the way, my background is in nutrition. While I am passionate about healthy eating I absolutely respect the wishes of my clients when it comes to dietary choices.
