I gained invaluable experience caring for patients with advanced neurological conditions and who had complex care needs. I am very patient, compassionate, and kind. I enjoy working with elderly people in their golden years and feel that I can contribute in making those years pleasant and positive. I am flexible and caring and interact with each client by building up a positive rapport in a friendly and professional manner. I have a good sized car, which makes it easy to help transport clients with Mobility equipment such as Walking frames and wheelchairs. As part of a multi-disciplinary team on the wards, I was used to liaising with Doctors, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. This experience may be of benefit to you in navigating your care in the community. I am happy to cook a healthy meal as I do feel good nourishment is important to everyone. Not to forget the social aspect of your day to day living, I am happy to bring you out and about. Whether you enjoy going to the park, for a coffee, or a bit of shopping, I am here to help you with this. Your well-being is important and so it continuing the activities you enjoy.
