With that experience I managed to obtain a degree in health studies at the university of Wolverhampton , I also have a level 3 in BTEC National diploma in healthcare and social care at Coventry city college. Caring is more than a job to me, it a passion reason why I studied and completely training to make sure I deliver the best care. I recently gave birth to my first child however it doesn’t stop me to make sure I follow my dreams and deliver the best care. I have a bubbly personality, hardworking, good communication skills, passionate in my job and a people person. In the 10 years of being a carer I developed a lot of experience in, dementia care, personal care, care coordinator, HR officer, HCA in hospital, catheter care, medication administration, companionship, housekeeping, stomach bag care, hoisting, incontinence, palliative care, diabetes care, mental health, learning disability, arthritis, eating and drinking assistance, moving and handling, bathroom assistance. I currently run a team of 4 carers who all have a minimum of 10 years experience within the industry each carer has their dbs checks complete and are all insured. I personally make sure that the high standards of care which I put in place are kept with personal visits to the client. Outside work I enjoy looking after my little girl she is 1year old, going out with friends, movies, travelling, shopping, music. Also my greatest advantage is that I am bilingual, my first language is French which I enjoy teaching my little girl.
