    Monica has worked two shifts for me. I am tetraplegic, paralysed from the shoulders down and require 24 hour Care. Monica is friendly, keen to learn and hard-working. She's polite, pleasant to be around and spend time with and was more than capable of doing anything I asked of her. I couldn't recommend her enough.

    Monica is a very dedicated and looks after our dad on a regular basis. She is always enthusiastic and pleasant. Monika is reliable and trustworthy and prepared to travel to meet clients. What we like about Monika is that she is very self reliant and will try not to bother us when away if she can manage. Our dad really enjoys being cared for by her and the fact they have similar interests means he enjoys his time with Monika. She always keeps the place clean and tidy. can't recommend enough!!

    Monika is prompt, professional and reliable. Helped us at very short notice and traveled a long way. She will be our number one choice when we need cover again. My daughter liked her and my carer was very happy to be working with her. She is an excellent carer.

    Monika is a wonderfully reliable and creative support/care worker. She is compassionate and works hard to understand the needs of the client and acts on this information at a personal level. Monika had supported my sister in law, who has a severe head injury and complex needs for a year. She has an excellent relationship with her and Charlotte enjoys her time with Monika, feels very safe and also is inspired by the activities and visits they carry out together. Monika is first class.

    Monika is very courteous, pleasant and always polite with my mother who varies daily in her moods as she had dementia and can be anxious. It helps as she has experience in caring for clients with dementia. She is always punctual and communicates well if she has any issues regarding my mother's care. I am very happy to recommend her as a homecarer. Janet
