Lyn started to support my Mum when she came out of hospital in August 2023, providing support through to the time when Mum was admitted to a care home in February 2024. Lyn is an experienced, considerate and reliable carer and I was confident that Mum was in safe hands with Lyn and that she would flag any concerns with us. She engaged well with Mum and I know they had some laughs together :) I have no hesitation in recommending Lyn to provide caring support to your loved ones.

Lyn has been absolutely brilliant with my mum. She was very organised in getting back to me with her availability and was so informative and knowledgeable about caring for mum. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so understanding of my mums needs. Mum said: “it was really nice having Lyn around, she’s a really nice, kind person and I wish all carers were as good as her. She made me feel so comfortable”.

Lyn was very easy to get on with and gave mum excellent care. I had complete peace of mind knowing that mum was safe and happy with Lyn. Would highly recommend
