Throughout my career in healthcare, I have been fortunate to work with a diversity of people in a wide range of environments, therefore I feel I would be a suitable candidate to this position. My previous experiences consist of working with a variety of people of different age groups with diverse conditions such as learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, dementia and mental health, as well as the elderly. Throughout my career in healthcare I have gained an immense worth of skills and experiences. Providing a person-centred care approach has been at the forefront of my practise. Based on the service users’ needs I have assisted with toileting, stoma care, catheter care, feeding, moving and handling, personal care, shopping, cooking, cleaning and companionship. It is in my best interest and of the person I am caring for that they are supported to reach their most independent. I look forward to this position as it will add to my experience and skills
