I have worked in acute psychiatry, rehabilitation & with the older adult age group, specialising in dementia care. I am proficient in the use of catheters, stoma care, peg feeding, moving & handling with hoists. Since returning from Australia in 2017 I have worked on a self employed basis as a live in carer. I treat all of my clients with dignity, respect & hopefully they find me easy going & friendly. I’m available in the South/West Yorkshire/ North Derbyshire area for day or night care & live in for short periods nationally, if you require respite care. I enjoy travel, reading, current affairs & most sports, watching now rather than participating but I do love to swim. Please note hourly rate depends on distance travelled
