I'm a highly motivated and results focused individual, with excellent skills and With extensive experience working in care sectors. I am a Non smoker. I consider myself particularly strong in handling multiple tasks and hitting targets given my ability to prioritise and remain set on the outcome of all tasks at hand. Provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
Provide practical support for individuals and their families, such as helping with household tasks, bills, finances, personal care and general paperwork.
Support and monitor their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
Completed care plans that involve physio and hydro therapy and every day to day activities

Encourage and support service users to take an active part in activities within their community.
Carry out client reviews via support plans and risk assessments.
Support clients to maintain their own home, even in periods of instability, and liaise with other agencies to help ensure this happen
After 18.00 pm I charge £30.00 per hour due to unsociable hours.
