Medication Management: Prompt or administer medication as prescribed and monitor any side effects or changes in health.
Nutrition & Meals: Prepare balanced meals according to dietary needs and preferences; promote hydration and meal engagement.
Household Tasks: Maintain a clean and safe environment—laundry, light cleaning, organizing, and tidying.
Companionship: Provide meaningful social interaction, emotional support, and engage in activities the client enjoys.Monitoring Health: Observe for any changes in behavior, mobility, or health and report promptly to relevant professionals or family.
