I have specialist care skills in caring for clients with various medical conditions , and caring for them in the comfort of their own homes administration of treatment and supporting them. Have cared for clients with complex health needs and those requiring special care to manage progressive life limiting chronic illness such as Dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke/TIA recovery,Incontinece,,Peg feeding management,Postoperative care,COPD,Stoma care etc.
From my experience I have developed a compassionate and empathetic approach towards caring for my clients , understanding the importance and value of supporting them through their situations to help them stay comfortably in their own homes,so that they can continue to live their lives as close to a normal routine as possible. I am happy to work at my clients pace following their lead.
Recently I cared for patients in rehabilitation following stroke/TIA with a peg feeding in situation, also patients discharge from hospital following surgery .
I am kind, friendly and very professional in my approach and caring for people. I enjoy helping people with personal care needs as required and also assisting in various tasks at their home including housekeeping, cleaning, shopping etc as needed and making sure clients are comfortable at their own homes as a Live-in carer. I am happy to do Live- in Care as well either short term or long term placement, also home care support following emergency such as post surgery.
I am a good cook and love trying out new recipes, I also enjoy gardening and going out for long walks and watching movies and football games. I am also able to look after children and pets.
