I have gained my experiences through working in hospitals, residential care homes, doing support work, I have also worked in the community and I have about 5 years of working as a live in carer too. I enjoy working as a carer,l. I enjoy Music, I love singing and doing Karaoke, I am happiest the most when I'm surrounded by music. I do enjoy games and learning history. I always look forward to learning a new skill, in learning new activities. most people describe me as bubbly, I am adaptable, I also enjoy my own space but I'm always there to have a good laugh. I believe in building trust with all my clients, I strive on providing a honest and trustworthy service. I believe in treating all my clients with equal rights, I strive on promoting and encouraging independence. As a carer I believe care is simply a way to assist the client in areas they feel they could use a little assistance. I am always happy to assist when needed.     Very Good

    Kay supported me as a live-in carer for multiple weeks. She is calm, respectful of space, and able to follow routine well once settled. Kay handled both personal care and domestic support tasks with care and was dependable with timings for key activities like outings and appointments. I appreciated her effort, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

    Excellent

    Kudzai joined my sons care team and very quickly has established herself as one of the few people who can interact with him, they have established a real bond. She is highly professional in her approach to my sons medical and physiological conditions and her reporting skills at handover times are flawless. Since she joined my wife and I have enjoyed a large amount of stability in our sleep pattern as Kudzai has not had to call us when our son fits. A true complex carer in every sense.

    Excellent

    Kudzai looked after Mum for several months. She was always cheery and happy to help with anything. She would accommodate any changes was great company for Mum. Very kind and patient. We only changed carer as Mum became eligible for state funded care.
