I started doing care in the UK when I was 35 and have, over the years, gained much experience and insight in this field. I really love the work I do and I am keen to learn more about my chosen profession; I have tons of patience, and love being with people who need help in any way. I really love the work I do and I am keen to learn more about my chosen profession; I have tons of patience, and love being with people who need help in any way. Whilst living in South Africa I was a pre-primary school teacher (3-6-year olds). Pets are most welcome. In 2020 I did the BTEC level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. In my spare time I am learning French and recently completed 1st year Bible College. I enjoy fixing and making things, gardening and singing. I enjoy board games and love travelling to anywhere. I don't drink alcohol, and whilst I don't mind if others do, I won't join in. I have worked on cruise ships for a short while, travelling the East coast of USA, and was an au pair looking after an 8 month old baby in Holland for just under a year. In 2017 - 2018 I was the Business/Care Manager for a care agency in South Africa until the branch closed. Besides that, and teaching in South Africa, I have spent the last 15 years mainly doing care work in the UK. 10 years ago I got married and have a husband and a 20 year old son. I am a Christian and love the Lord more than anything in life.

Excellent

I can’t recommend Louise enough. She is always so pleasant and cheerful and extremely adaptable in accommodating different times when necessary. She is also extremely thorough with all her care procedures, particularly with concern to my partner’s skin, as he sits in a wheelchair all day. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for her and she is very comforting to me when I have my “down” days. I can’t imagine a better carer & feel very lucky to have her. She more than deserves your award.

Excellent

Kind and Calm, Louise has been a lovely addition to our family. Supporting our daughter with her care needs, giving her medication, feeding and help with personal care including bathing and dressing. Louise offers companionship and often plays and supports our daughter with her interests at home through play and games. Sometimes with a little trip to the park or a short walk. Thank you Louise
