I have previously worked as a Case Worker for Social Services and am now working for the council part-time as part of the complex Behaviour Team as a Practitioner. I have also worked over 6 years with adults with Autism to promote their independence, as a Life Skills Instructor and with children as a Mentor Counsellor at a school in Scunthorpe. I enjoy listening , understanding and supporting others to be the very best version of themselves. I enjoy being a personal assistant, supporting individuals with building their confidence levels and being a positive role model. I’m down to earth and enjoy interacting with various age groups. I am happy to support individuals, with companionship and making sure they are safe and living a healthy and comfortable life, this includes making sure that individuals are drinking plenty of fluids and eating sufficiently and all medical needs are being met. I am allergic to cat and dog hairs therefore I will not be able to work with clients who have pets. I am aware of a healthy and balanced diet to encourage good health and well-being. I am here to support your loved ones with a better quality of life within their ability levels and comfort zone. I enjoy encouraging others to achieve Thais potential and to always see a brighter side to life. I may gently encourage clients to part take in activities such as board games, walks, conversations or a coffee out depending upon the ability levels of the individual, to promote their social, emotional and mental wellbeing. I am loyal, kind, trustworthy and considerate, I have been told and will support as much as I can with the safety and well-being of the individual I am caring for. The clients best interest is always paramount and their choices are always respected. Daily logs are kept of each visit and any concerns are forwarded to any family members, appropriate professionals in order to keep individuals safe. I have been working in the care sector for over 6 years and as a private Counsellor for approximately 8 years. I am currently working for the council. I now enjoy supporting individuals with confidence building, befriending and supporting with light care duties with regard to their well being. I am available for work in Scunthorpe Mondays and Tuesdays only at the moment. I hope you have enjoyed learning a little about me. I look forward to hearing from you and learning a little about the individual that requires care support. Anila
