I have developed the ability to adapt to a range of more complex situations and people. I excel in differentiation for a variety of needs and ages. I have worked a lot ASC- Autistic Spectrum Condition and learning disabilities and also brain injuries. I have 4 years experience working as a support worker. Where I would do 'sleep in shifts' and day shifts.. This job role involved supporting people with profound learning disabilities, cerebral palsy, autism and bipolar. Using various forms of communication verbal and non-verbal, I would organise activities for the women which involved art, cooking and music. I helped the women I supported to be as independent as possible, helping with shopping, finances, cooking and cleaning. I'm a great cook. (if I do say so myself) - I can drive and own my own car with a clean driver’s license. I love art and music and nature. I enjoy Being active and getting fresh air.
