Feeding and food preparation-preparing, planning and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, snack and supper. Feeding the client during all meals times daily. Medication-administering the client’s prescribed medication throughout the day. Mobility-24/7 mobility support around the home with getting in and out of bed, getting out of the house and help with accessing the community. Safety and wellbeing-ensuring that the client is safe and comfortable at all times around the home and in the community. Housekeeping duties: cleaning, washing up, laundry and ironing. Companionship- conversating with client, watching TV and spending time together. Daily activities- carrying out the client’s planned as well as unplanned day to day activities and tasks.
