I'm an Ex Registered Mental Health Nurse and have also worked across different specialisms-Rehabilitation, Homecare, Residential Care, Mental Health Units and Day care, Private and NHS Hospital job roles including Pre-assessment and Outpatient Healthcare Assistant and Medical Records Clerk. Within the community I have worked with individuals affected by complex and chronic health conditions and more recently End of Life Care support. In my work I endeavour to approach situations in a respectful and positive way and help empower others to maintain their own independence as much as able. I have a "can do" attitude and will constructively work with you whilst respecting your choices and wishes. Apart from plenty of job satisfaction gained from my work I enjoy nature, animals, gardening, visiting places of archaeological and historical interest, current affairs and watching a good film or documentary. I'm very open minded though and find it interesting learning about what other people enjoy and being open to new insights and experiences!
