With 3 years of experience in the NHS and care agencies, I have delivered live-in and domiciliary care in my community. I have honed my skills in drawing blood, cannulation, wound care, plastering, and other procedures while maintaining high patient care and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. My experience across health care has equipped me with outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. I am looking for a regular live-in, both female and male clients, to get to know the client's conditions and, therefore, deliver more person-centred care, which I strive to provide. When starting with a new client, I prefer a one-week settling-in period. When delivering live-in care, I like to have a 2-hour break each day, which can negotiated individually. On my two-week off rotation from living in, I can also work sleeping or waking. I prefer to get a regular client for this shift pattern. If I start with new clients, I sit them down to ask them what they like to eat to help them balance their meals. Due to this, I have experience in cooking and have done level two food safety courses to support my clients if they need such a service. I am also an animal lover and can take of pets, especially cats and dogs. I am friendly and can take clients to shops, hospital appointments, social appointments, garden areas, coffee shops, community bingo, worship centres on Sundays, midweek service and social gatherings to support their mental health and well-being and cheer them up. I have an automatic license and own my vehicle. I will be available if clients want to use their cars. My commitment to the healthcare sector is unwavering. As a fast learner, I can quickly adapt to a new environment. I am always eager to learn new skills required by clients and improve upon my knowledge. I am committed to continuing my career within the healthcare sector, always seeking new opportunities for growth and development.
