For example, in my current role, in addition to managing care and suphu of individuals, I also oversee a team. I ensure that the jobs I need to do myself and those which involve the team arey done by creating daily schedules and prioritisation of tasks according to their urgency and delegating tasks to others who may be more suited. Once, I had to manage a large case load as well as coordinate emergency response for a client who was in crisis and by prioritising, I managed my time well to assist all clients. Ability to work as both an individual and member of a team. Ability to effectively manage own time and prioritize my workload. I often work independently and as part of a team in my healthcare worker/team leader roles. As a team leader, I aim to ensure we provide the best therapeutic outcomes for the individuals concerned. For example, there have been many instances where I have had to assess client needs independently and put in place care plans at the point of new referrals without my team being present. However, I often work collaboratively with my peers to ensure the best possible outcomes for client care. One incident that stands out was working as part of a large multi-disciplinary team around a family with multiple problems; everyone in my team contributing to the development of a support plan that utilized the strengths we all have to ensure we provided the best possible outcomes. I also have experience with Physiotherapy and I have worked with patients who required physiotherapy in the past, aiding them in their movement to prevent stiffness. I'm also happy to help out within the household whether that be cooking, cleaning, ironing etc.
