I am competent supporting clients with medication management, providing care to support individuals using many prescribed equipments such as hoists, slings, stand assists, sera stedy and other transfer aids. I provide care underpinned by values such as compassion, commitment, and communication. I also practice guided by several theories such as person centred and trauma informed theories. My experience includes caring for patients or individuals with conditions such as Dementia, Psychosis, Diabetes, Schizophrenia, High blood pressure, Autism, COPD, Anxiety, Cancer and Several physical disabilities ( i.e registered blind, hip or knee replacement surgery) Please contact me and I will reply as soon as I can.
