I have numerous experiences of supporting vulnerable people both in their own homes and residential settings. I always follow individual care planning, respect clients with dignity, and tailor my service according to the individual needs. I have a great ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times. However, if I suspect an abuse, I will inform the client that I have to share the information with other agencies for safeguarding purposes. I am patient with a caring nature and ability to use my own initiatives to meet client's needs.
