I believe that it's important to be reflective and understand and explore methods and possibilities to work out what is best in the context and setting. I recognise the significance of keeping boundaries and the importance of confidentiality and following guidelines. As well as safeguarding. I also recognise that these are valuable skills when working with vulnerable people. I have good knowledge of the great outdoors and I have a passion for teaching others of it. I have a love for fitness, especially in education and hope to lead a good example for others. I think it’s important to have an open mind and I adapt to changing and dynamic situations.
