I have worked with people with stroke symptoms, dementia and other chronic conditions and delivered care in a holistic manner. Recently, I provide care for stroke rehabilitation including identifying new and unmet needs for prompt referrals, signposting, education and management. A day with me would be typically extended hours of visit as I spend time to significantly support clients and meet their personalised needs as part of promoting their independence and dignity, building trust and relationships. I am flexible between day and night shifts and preferably one client per day covering areas within 10 miles. As they say, variety is the spice of life and I enjoy a wide variety of things including informative and hearty chats, reading and studying, sports, current affairs among others.
