Support work can be a challenging role however, the positive difference that i have been able to make to people’s lives gives me a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. My passion for social care comes from my desire to help those in need, and I have found great satisfaction in doing so. In my current role as a support worker, I have gained confidence and experience when supporting adults who are particularly vulnerable. On a daily basis, I support service users to achieve their goals. I am Self-motivated and self-driven to provide the best possible support for clients in need of assistance. I implement high standards of care no matter how challenging the circumstances. I am able to adapt to the broad range of situations that may arise, while focused on giving a high standard of care to every client and also maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards clients, their families, staff and visitors. Also, I am comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
