From the beginning Grace has been fantastic with mum. She is a lovely person, very kind and caring. She is very calm and this is exactly what mum needs. Nothing is too much trouble for Grace and mum really likes her and has accepted her providing care. We have had challenges in this area before and I'm sure that it's Grace's manner that has made the difference. Grace is very flexible in her approach to shifts etc and I would highly recommend Grace.
