My aim is getting to understand my clients needs, along with talking to other family members, which means I will be better able to provide the correct level of care for them. I have being involved in care work for over 10 years leading to experience in many different areas of care work. Another aim is to help people to live as independent a life as possible with a helping hand close by when required. I also believe it is important to help maintain a persons personal dignity and I would respect any beliefs they may have.
